To place an order, follow these steps:

1. Browse Products: Visit our Product Catalog and select the awning fabric you want.

2. Select Options: Choose the size, color, and quantity.

3. Add to Cart: Click on the "Add to Cart" button.

4. Proceed to Checkout: Review your cart and click "Checkout."

5. Enter Information: Provide your shipping and payment details.

6. Confirm Order: Review your order summary and click "Place Order."

We offer a variety of shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

• Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order by entering the tracking number on our Order Tracking Page.

We offer a 10-day return policy on most products. To return an item:

1. Request a Return: Contact our support team at orders@suntextfabric.com to initiate the return process.

2. Pack the Item: Repack the item in its original packaging.

3. Ship the Item: Send the item to the address provided by our support team.

Items must be in unused condition and in their original packaging to qualify for a return. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.
